A Systems & Strategic Planning Lab Intensive

“One day. The clarity that sets the year.”

Before the Lab opens in January, there is a one-day intensive every December. It is the compressed, high-energy version of the same work — live, focused, and designed to give you the clarity and direction you need to enter the new year with intention rather than momentum borrowed from habit.

What is the Systems & Strategic Planning Lab?

Five weeks. Six sessions. One completely rebuilt personal operating system.

The Lab is not a course. It is a working intensive — a structured, applied, SDJ-led experience that takes everything about how you currently function and rebuilds it around how you are actually designed to operate. You leave with clarity, structure, and systems that hold.

“Talent without structure produces bursts. Structure without talent produces bureaucracy. The Lab builds the architecture that allows talent to compound.”

Who this Lab is for

Built for the capable person whose output has outpaced their infrastructure.

The Scaling Founder

You have built something real. The systems that got you here are now the ceiling. The Lab rebuilds the floor beneath a bigger version of what you are building.

The Senior Leader

You lead people and initiatives but your personal operating system is fragmented. The gap between your strategic thinking and your daily execution is costing you daily.

The High-Output Operator

Highly productive, heading toward burnout. You are doing too much without the structure to sustain it. You need leverage, not more hours.

The Six Sessions

Six Saturdays. One complete operating system.

Each session has a theme, a set of applied tasks, and a specific outcome statement. You will know exactly what you are building at every stage.

1
Awareness & Reality Alignment
Seeing your reality clearly — without panic

You will see your reality clearly, without panic. Reality Snapshot. Pattern Map. Constraint List. Systems Diagnostic.

2
Purpose & Vision
Knowing what you are building — and what you are not

You will know what you are building and what you are not. Strategic Problem Definition. Purpose Clarifier. Vision Assertion. Let-Go List.

3
Identity, Beliefs & Emotional Regulation
Understanding how you operate internally

You will understand how you operate internally. Identity Reframe. Belief Audit. Emotional Triggers Map.

4
Habits & Execution
Knowing exactly what you do every week

You will know exactly what you do weekly. Weekly Operating Rhythm. Core Operating Behaviours. 90-Day Execution Focus.

5
Time, Energy & Money
Your life in sync — stable and sustainable

Your life will be in sync. You will feel more stable. Personal Efficiency Rules. Energy Protection Plan. Financial Clarity Snapshot. Money Rules.

6
Final Synthesis
No more guessing. You know how you operate.

You will not be guessing anymore. You will know exactly how you operate — and you will have the system to prove it.

The Primary Output

A Functioning Personal
Operating System

The primary output of the Lab is not a certificate. It is a documented, tested, fully personalised operating system for your life and work.

The daily commitment

The Lab is not a weekly event. It is a five-week lived practice.

Between sessions, participants maintain a structured daily rhythm. This is where the real transformation happens — not in the sessions alone, but in the days between them.

Weekly Review

Structured template for weekly progress tracking. Used to prepare for sessions and accountability check-ins.

Accountability Check-ins

At least once a week with your assigned partner. Shared honestly. No performance. Patterns and progress only.

Daily Journaling

15–30 minutes daily. Not optional. The journal is where self-knowledge becomes usable.

Accountability Check-ins

At least once a week with your assigned partner. Shared honestly. No performance. Patterns and progress only.

After the Lab ends

The support does not stop on the last Saturday.

Most programs graduate you and disappear. The Lab includes three months of post-program monthly check-in sessions with SDJ — because implementation is where most people lose what they built. The check-ins exist to ensure that does not happen.

Lab
The Lab — 5 Weeks

6 sessions. Daily practice. Accountability pairing. Full operating system built and documented.

M1
Month 1 Check-In

The month the Lab ends. First implementation review. What is working, what is not, what needs adjustment.

M2
Month 2 Check-In

One month after Lab completion. Habit consolidation. Addressing the first real-world resistance points.

M3
Month 3 Check-In

Two months after completion. Long-term integration confirmation. The system is holding under sustained pressure.

What Lab participants say

The program that changes how the year runs.

By February I had more clarity on my operational priorities than in the previous three years combined. The systems SDJ helped me build did not just survive Q1 pressure — they absorbed it.

T.A. — Lagos
Founder · Systems Lab Graduate

I have done executive programmes at two business schools. This is the only one that addressed what was actually limiting my performance — not my strategy, but my personal operating system.

“This Lab opens once. It closes when the right people say yes. If you are reading this, the question is whether you are one of them.”
